This is a very fine golf course with some very challenging holes. It is hands down one of the best courses in the state for the money! It has an island par 3 and a great finishing par 5 18th! The course has bent grass, fairway traps, and plenty of water. This truly is a hidden gem!

Aldeen Golf Club: Located in Rockford, Illinois, the championship 18-hole public golf course at Aldeen Golf Club features numerous trees, 62 sand bunkers (including three “beach bunkers”) and water hazards on 12 holes. Keith Creek runs through the front 9, past the signature hole #8, which features a replica of the Swilcan Bridge. Aldeen Golf Club was rated 4 ½ stars by 2008 Golf Digest's “Places to Play Guidebook.” Golf magazine calls Aldeen one of the top 50 courses in the country playable for under $50. Aldeen Golf Club amenities include a pro shop and lessons available from PGA pros.
