Arrowhead Golf Course Addtional Information & History

Arrowhead Golf Course: Given Chicagoland Golf Magazine’s 4 ˝-Star Rating two years in a row, Arrowhead Golf Course is comprised of three 9-hole golf courses that can combine to form three different par 72, 18-hole layouts. The original 18-hole Antlers Club was developed in the 1920s, and in 1929, was renamed Arrowhead Golf Club because of numerous Native American artifacts discovered on the site during construction. Today, the Arrowhead course features Bent grass, and includes 77 bunkers, and water play on 17 of the holes. The practice area offers putting and chipping greens, bunkers and a lighted driving range. Free clinics and demos are available, and Arrowhead Golf Course amenities include their bar and grill, two main (plus private) dining areas and the Arrowhead Signature Brunch. Reservations for tee times and dining are recommended.
