Bloomingdale Golf Addtional Information & History

Bloomingdale Golf Club: In 1996, the village of Bloomingdale, Illinois purchased the Glendale Golf Course, which had been designed by Tom Bendelow and opened in 1924. In 1998, they brought on Lohrmann Golf Design, the golf course architecture firm, to create a challenging, amenable course within a country club setting. Four of the Bloomingdale Golf Club’s 18 holes were redesigned; ponds, bunkers and grass mounding were strategically incorporated throughout the course. Now a par 71 golf course, with a distance of 6,251 yards from the blue tees, Bloomingdale Golf Club offers challenging greens and an enjoyable round of golf for golfers of all skill levels.
