| Overall this is a fine golf course. The front 9 is a level below the back, which is an excellent test of golf especially from the tips. It is in outstanding condition, kudos to the greens keeper. Three complaints/observations. Bent grass fairways would make this a 5 star course, soften the greens, they did not hold well at all, and finally hire a ranger! The pace of play was snail like. A slow foursome backed up the entire course. |

Lawrence Packard, ASGCA, the Deer Creek golf course opened in 1975. Deer Creek Golf Club is a well manicured Championship golf course with Bent grass greens, 7 lakes and 55 sand bunkers.
