Flossmoor Country Club Addtional Information & History
The 18-hole private golf course at the Flossmoor Country Club in Flossmoor, Illinois features Bent grass greens and fairways, sand bunkers and water hazards. The signature hole #16, “Eleanor’s Teeth,” features an unusual sand bunker. Flossmoor Golf Course offers 6,928 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Available amenities include chipping and putting practice areas, a restaurant and full bar and an on-site pro. The course rating is 73.3 and it has a slope rating of 135 on Bent grass. Designed by H.J. Tweedie/Ray Hearn, ASGCA, the golf course at Flossmoor Country Club opened in 1898.
