Fountain Hills Golf Club: Owned and operated by the Alsip Park District in Alsip, Illinois, the Fountain Hills Golf Club has a 9-hole, par 36 layout over 66 wooded acres. The course offers 3,233 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36. The course rating is 35.1 and has a slope rating of 119. Designed by architect Bob Hohmann, ASGCA, the Fountain Hills Golf course opened in 1995. The Fountain Hills golf course is considered one of the best facilities in Chicagoland. It features Bent grass greens and tees, a practice area with putting and chipping greens, as well as a 30-station lighted driving range with bunkered target greens and a full-service clubhouse. A pro shop, restaurant and lounge complete the amenities. The Fountain Hills golf course includes three lakes and several sand traps, and three tee yardages are available.
