The 18-hole Fox Bend Golf Course in Oswego, Illinois was designed by Brent Wadsworth and opened in 1967. Fox Bend is a challenging public golf course featuring mature trees and well manicured greens. Fox Bend Golf Course offers features 6,890 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.1 and it has a slope rating of 124 on Blue grass. With 34 strategically positioned sand traps and water coming into play on 11 holes, Fox Bend tests the skills of all levels of players. Fox Bend Golf Course has been host to the 1979, 1997 and 1999 Illinois Open and has been rated as a Five Star Course by Chicagoland Golf magazine.
