Geneva Golf Club Addtional Information & History

The 9-hole Geneva course at the Geneva Golf Club facility in Geneva, Illinois offers 5,853 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 68. Designed by James Foulis/Dave Esler, the Geneva golf course opened in 1900. This old traditional course is short, tight, and somewhat demanding. The greens are small, and the fairways are narrow. The terrain is rolling, so expect some uneven lies in the fairways. The course rating is 70.9 and it has a slope rating of 132 on Blue grass.  Water hazards come into play on at least seven different occasions. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an 18-hole round.
