| My favorite course in Chicagoland. Well kept, plays tough with a variety of lengths and hole styles. Worth the ride and the money. |

| This course is great. It has a reasonable rate and a fantastic layout. They have a range to get you warmed up. I have played some nice _popular_ chicago courses and this one beats most in my opinion. The only problem is that it is a hike from the city. Also for a 19th hole option, there is a good biker/boater bar down the street on the river that has a good beer garden. I give this course 2 thumbs up |

The 18-hole Heritage Bluffs golf course at the Heritage Bluffs Public Golf Club in Channahon, Illinois has been ranked as a five star course in Chicagoland Golf Magazine. Heritage Bluffs is situated on 166 wooded acres, and features elevation changes, lakes, bunkers and wetlands. The course offers 7,106 yards of championship golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 73.9 and it has a slope rating of 138 on Bent grass. Designed by Richard P. Nugent, ASGCA, the Heritage Bluffs Golf Course opened in 1993. Heritage Bluffs Golf Course is a challenge for even the most accomplished golfer, but four sets of tees on each hole provide a quality golf experience for players of all skill levels. The layout features Bent grass tees, fairways and greens.
