The tees are well maintained same as with greens. The fairways are close together so be alert. Excellent staff and reasonable greens fees. |

This course is for all level golfers. Not too easy, but a little bit challenging from back tee. |

This course is part of my family. My father actually lived in the upstairs of the pro shop while my grandfather was the manager. My grandfather still owns a house on the course near hole #7. |

It is true! One bad apple can spoil a golf course. I got a raw deal from Hank, one minute late and he wanted to charge me full rate as a senior. He screwed up my day, However I did call the manager, a nice chap doing his best and was very polite. The course is great value for seniors up to 11am not 11:01 and is in wonderful shape I well reccomend it |

I understand that the HPCC has switched managment teams from American Golf to KemperSports last month. With the new management team, I expect to see some drastic changes in customer service levels. I am always treated exceptionally well when I play at The Glen Club or Bolingbrook, which are also KemperSports managed properties. |

I play this course a lot and pay full price. I'm a 24 handicap. Unlike other commenters, I think its worth it and the staff is very nice. The course is a good test of golf and so far in 2004 its in very good condition. There are some short but narrow par 4s that tempt the macho golfer into ruination. |

Course conditions are OK, but not for the price you pay.You can find better courses closer and cheaper.Watch out for "Tom", he will overcharge you whenever he can.You would think for the prices they're charging you would get better service. |

PLEASE NOTE:as a canadian visitor, must say that the course conditions were ok, but way,way overpriced for the golfing experience. For all the great courses in that area that my friend took me, they need to get real with their green fees. |

Played after course received 2 inches of rain overnight. Fairways & greens were soft. The fairways were in good condition with some small wet spots. There was water in a few sand traps. However, the course was nice, it has a lot of mature trees and puts a premium on straight shots. the course was fun and I'd play it again. Two of 3 par 5's are very long, but make up for it with some short par 4's. |

Raised the prices AGAIN this year. If you're going to spend $75, drive the extra 20 minutes to Steeplechase. Much nicer course and it's cheaper. The people that run this course have to understand that it's a marginal public course at best. |
