| Phenominal course, water comes into play on 14 of the 18 holes. They have held Champions Tour events here so the rates are kind of expected. I was lucky to say that I never lost a ball here when I played it, that_s an accomplishment in itself. A extremely enjoyable experience if you put the price in the back of your mind. Its a must play at least once. |

| Nice course with challenging holes. Water and sand traps play into many holes. Greens are well kept. |

| Probably my favorite course. I wish I could play it more often, but green fees are getting silly. Going private in a few years, play it while you can. |

| Can't believe someone else on the comments mentioned pace of play as being good. I've played this course four times and my QUICKEST round was 5 hours. It is a great course that will challenge players of any handicap. Satellite system in the carts is a great playing aid. Course is beautifully maintained. Not worth the price ($135 or higher) unless they can keep people moving! |

| Country club conditions. 10 min between tee times keeps things moving. Satilite yardage system. Fast true greens and 4 of the best finishing holes you will ever play. $135 green fees OUCH! welcome to Chicagoland. |

Kemper Lakes Golf Course: The 18-hole Kemper Lakes Golf Course in Kildeer, Illinois was built on some of the most beautiful lake country in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. The property features mature stands of oak, large lakes and untouched meadowland. Designed by Ken Killian, ASGCA/Richard P. Nugent, ASGCA, the Kemper Lakes Golf Course has been played by such golf dignitaries as Palmer, Woods, Nicklaus, Sorenstam, Irwin and Stewart, among many others. Kemper Lakes is currently ranked by Golf Digest as 27th in the United States, and is consistently rated by USA Today as one of the Top 25 Public Golf Courses in the country. Kemper Lakes Golf Course opened in 1978. The course offers 7,217 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 68.1 and it has a slope rating of 126 on Bent grass.
