Northmoor Country Club Addtional Information & History
The private Northmoor Country Club in Highland Park, Illinois features three 9-hole golf courses that can be played in three different 18-hole combinations. Water hazards, rolling terrain and fast greens lend themselves to a challenging round of golf, but the courses provide four tee boxes, allowing players of all skill levels to have an enjoyable game. Northmoor offers 3,276 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35. The course rating is 71.7 and it has a slope rating of 129 on Bent grass. Both the greens and fairways at Northmoor are Bent grass. Designed by Donald J. Ross, ASGCA/(R) Richard Jacobson, ASGCA, the courses opened between 1918 and 1921.
