Old Orchard Country Club: The 18-hole Old Orchard Country Club in Mount Prospect, Illinois was established in 1932 by the Wickersham family. It was then purchased by the Newman family in 1952, and was eventually purchased by the Prospect Heights Park District in 1999. The Park District is committed to continuing to offer country club-style service and conditions to the general public. Old Orchard features gently rolling terrain and narrow fairways. Water hazards come into play on 9 holes. The Old Orchard Country Club offers 6,077 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 70.1 and it has a slope rating of 130 on Blue grass.
