Good local course. Tight fairways _ usually in good shape. Usually able to walk on with no problem. unlike other posters comments, I_ve never had a problem with the staff. Very polite _ friendly. |

One of the better 9-hole courses locally at a good value when walking. Some of the holes are much too easy, like #1 which is a short and easy birdie hole to build confidence, but hidden in and around the winding trek are a few unexpectedly interesting and challenging holes. I almost always walk on with no wait. Very convenient. |

It's a goat farm Regular sod on the fairways, the water drainage is a joke. The whole place is squeezed in between condos and streets. the "par 4" 1 and 8 holes should actually be long par 3s. their "signiture" par 5 number 5 hole is challanging only to the easilly intimidated. take away the water, and a couple of trees, neither of which actually affect play, and you are left with a simple dog leg right that any player worth their salt should par with ease. Skip this place, the low price is not a value |

An ok 9 hole course with some challanging holes, all ruined by the fact that the place is poorly run and managed. The rangers take themselves WAY too seriously and know nothing about proper pace of play rules, the starters are clueless and the management spends more time socializing with their friends then seeing to business. One manager recently bumped me from my tee time, in order to accomadate himself and 3 of his friends. I sent an E mail complaining to the park district, and it remains to be seen if it will be answered The place is walking distance from my house, but so long as the current management is in place, I will not spend a dime there. |

An under rated coarse. Reasonable fees, challanging. If you can stay in bounds on this coarse, you can do it anywhere. Has a Monster of a par 5 dogleg right with water on two sides , a couple of tough par 4s, including a narrow #8 that requires surgical accuracy, and a 3rd hole par 3 that looks easy as you approach it, but will test your short game like no other unless you get on in one. Play well here, and other area coarses are gravy. |

If you keep it in the fairway, you can score low here. Not a bad layout. Greens OK. Though Clubhouse staff is rude, and slow play is the norm, it's an option for those seeking only 9 holes. |

Fairway grass leaves a lot to be desired - it's just regular sod cut shorter. Course is challenging and one of the only full lenghth 9-holes around. Good value to walk. |
