South Shore Golf Course Addtional Information & History

South Shore Golf Course: Located at Chicago’s South Shore Cultural Center Golf Facility, South Shore is a 9-hole, par 33 course, offering 2,720 yards of golf from the longest tees. Formerly a private club, the South Shore Golf Course was designed by Tom Bendelow and opened in 1922. The course offers panoramic views of Lake Michigan and features tree-lined fairways and small greens. On-site banquet facilities are available. The course rating is 33.2 with a slope rating of 111.
