The 18-hole Stonewall Orchard course at the Stonewall Orchard Golf Club in Grayslake, Illinois. Golf course architect Arthur Hills, ASGCA, brought his award-winning design talent to Illinois for the first time with the classic layout of Stonewall Orchard Golf Club’s natural rolling Lake County landscape. The course features 65,000 mature oaks and pines, wildlife and wetlands. From the 4,968-yard junior short course to the par 72 championship layout, every hole provides its own challenges to golfers of all skill levels. Stonewall Orchard Golf Course offers 7,074 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 74.1 and it has a slope rating of 140 on Bent grass. The Stonewall Orchard golf course opened in 1999.
