Decent price for the course. I'm from Michigan and I'm used to playing hilly course so I was a little sad to see such a flat course. All and all it wasn't bad. If your a good golfer I wouldn't recommend comming to this course. |

Dull, boring course. Short, flat, easy to walk. But I saw a grand total of two other golfers walking - everyone else was riding. Good thing, pace of play was decent, 18 holes in 3:05. But, there is no reason to play this course again. |

If you are a decent player, you should be able to score here. No trees, not too many bunkers, but the rough can be a little deep. Good place to go if you're a little rusty and need an easy round. |

A great course for a beginner because there aren't many obsructions off the tee and in the fairways, but still has great designs around the greens, which are true and in good shape. A shot the best score of my life here. |
Woodbine Golf Course Addtional Information & History
Woodbine Golf Course: The 18-hole Woodbine course at the Woodbine Golf Course facility in Homer Glen, Illinois features 6,020 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. Designed by PGA pro, Gordon Cunningham, the design of the Woodbine Golf Course was completed in 1987. Cunningham designed courses for average golfers—those who wanted great golfing conditions with a reasonable challenge—and that’s how Woodbine was designed. Midwest Irrigation of East Dubuque, Illinois, handled the course construction and irrigation. Woodbine was planted in the fall of 1987 and the course opened in 1988. Woodbine Golf Course has matured into a beautiful, challenging golf venue, and includes hundreds of trees. All of the greens, tees and fairways are fully watered Bent grass. The course rating is 68.3 and it has a slope rating of 115. Woodbine Golf Course’s unique clubhouse is patterned after 1900s barns, with wooden pegs locking together white oak timbers.
